We use organically-grown full-spectrum CBD Oil from hemp grown in Colorado. We chose this option as we wanted to capture all of the benefits of CBD. We strongly believe in the entourage effect of having a product that has trace amounts of THC. Our CBD has less than 0.3% THC which is the legal limit nationally.

All of our products are formulated to balance the skin as gently as possible with nonirritating ingredients. To be completely sure of compatibility with your skin, we'd recommend you test our product on a small area before you begin daily use.

All of our products have a 6-12 month period after opening, so you have a year to use them once you’ve opened them. We recommend storing your skincare in a cool, dry and dark place to keep them in perfect true. This is particularly important for natural skincare like ours as we haven't included nasty chemical preservatives in any of our products.

Shipping is free for all US orders over $40. For orders under $40, US shipping typically ranges between $7 - 12. We ship via USPS with a priority mail flat rate regional rate box. The price is calculated at checkout based on your state. If an order is under 1ib (i.e. a one product order) we can ship first class mail which provides a less expensive option. However, this does take longer to arrive than priority mail. For international orders, we ship first class mail and the price is dependant on the destination country.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping charge is calculated at checkout.

We pack orders daily (Monday-Friday) and to aim ship out on the same day if your order is placed before 11am PT Time. For US orders, you should receive your items within 1-4 working days. For orders outside of the US, orders should be with you within 7-10 working days. All orders are sent via USPS First Class Package and then your local postal service takes over once the parcel has landed in your country. If you haven't received a parcel within these time frames, please let us know!

Email us at Sam@SamsSoulutions.com to let us know you'd like a refund (and if you could give us some feedback about why you didn't get on with the product, we'd really appreciate it!). We will then send you a free returns label for you to ship the items back to us (so we can recycle and dispose of the packaging correctly). Once the items have been received by us, we'll process your refund via your original payment method.
